Where do I edit if I want to add this to category?. can i customize it to tags? and i want to limit the number of tags displayed on this. Please guide me or send me tutorial links
This is the subcategory of the default category heading, and unfortunately, it cannot be limited the total subcategories.
However, you can create your own category header using the Category Template and add the block to display the tags or sub categories you want.
You may need to disable the category header in Theme Options > Category > Category Header, and then select "none." You can also disable the header for individual categories in Posts > Categories > Edit Category
