Newer Foxis versions import the Tus Mobile Header by default as part of the Demo Data Import process. However, we used the Demo Data Import with a previous Foxis version, which did not include the Tus Mobile Header, which we can not edit.
How can I reproduce or reimport only the default Foxis Tus Mobile Heade?
Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, we don't have an update for the demo content you mentioned. However, to create the mobile header, you can simply go to Foxis > Theme Options > Header > Mobile Header. Alternatively, you can also use the Ruby Template for the Mobile Header if that suits your needs.
If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
Newer versions of Foxis claim that the Mobile Header should be editable via Elementor. However, the Mobile Header seems to be not implemented with Elementor in Foxiz.
In the image below, you can see that for the Mobile Header, no Ruby Template is set.
Thank you for your detailed explanation and feedback. We truly appreciate your patience.
Starting from version 2.1.2, Foxiz introduced support for a Mobile Header Template. However, demos created before this version, including the Tus demo, still use the default mobile header provided by the theme.
To manage and customize this default mobile header, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Foxiz > Theme Options > Mobile Header > Header Layout 2. Select a default layout that best suits your needs.
If the default layout doesn’t meet your expectations, you also have the option to create a custom Mobile Header Template. Detailed instructions on how to create and manage this template can be found in our documentation: Structuring Mobile Header Layout Using Ruby Template
If you would prefer us to create a sample Mobile Header Template for you, we’d be happy to assist. Please share your website login details in a separate ticket, and we will set up a template that you can easily edit and customize to your liking.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
