You dont fetch properly the articles in page in homepage.
Especially if some articles are listed ins everal categories, or if you edit an article again loads of problems, been strugling to get 5 articles for example for International suppliers, had to add like 7-8 just to have 5 listed, now we try logistics and you can see as well that there are 3 articles in category you show just two on homepage.
also we've tried to reduce the number of sub articles from 4 to 1, 2, same problem. this is not the first time this happens, its a bug as it happened to previous categories as well and we had to add several other articles just to get 4 in the end listed.
I've added another article, again, the previous one is canceled completely from the list of 4. here you can see there are 4 articles, he shows just 3 and by his own logic, so dont tell me this is normal: https://wholesale-suppliers.co.uk/category/logistics-delivery/
It’s a bit difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue without access to the admin panel. However, based on the screenshot you provided, We guess it seems the missing post issue may be caused by using post offset and unique posts at the same time: https://prnt.sc/fi5POqpqMNmv
Please note that the theme will automatically filter out duplicate posts if the Unique Posts option is enabled, so there is no need to use an offset. If you are using an offset, you should disable the Unique Posts option. You can refer to this screenshot for clarity: https://prnt.sc/zjz3JT5I4cpv
Could you please check if the Unique Posts option is enabled? If so, try disabling it and check again, or clear the offset setting and see if the query returns duplicates. If duplicates are removed only when Unique Posts is active, then it's currently working as expected.
in the print screen you can see on the website main page just 4
in bugs7_admin you can see how after I've changed from 4 articles at the bottom to 3, and then back to 4 it got an extra article, however it still not displayed on the website (public page) too.
