    Hi,

Has anyone tried the Loco Translate plugin?

I’m trying to translate a theme, and with one exception, all strings were successfully translated.

For some reason, the ‘Search Headlines, News…’ placeholder text cannot be translated via plugin Loco Translate.

This string doesn’t seem to work with the Loco Translate plugin — I was only able to change it under Theme Options > Theme Design > Search > Placeholder Text.

Can anyone explain why this translation doesn’t work through the PO file?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To translate the theme, we recommend referring to the following guide:
    https://help.themeruby.com/foxiz/quickly-translate-theme/
This method utilizes the theme’s built-in quick translation feature, so there’s no need to use any additional plugins.

Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,

Yes, I’m aware of that — I’ve found and read the documentation.

However, I’d prefer to store all my translations in one centralized location.

That’s why I was considering using the plugin instead.

A found a bug. The “Table of Contents Heading” label — specifically the word “Contents” — is not listed there.

Because of that, I’m unable to change this value through the Quick Translation menu.

Also, there is no option for RELATED NEWS. That's also missing from the Quick Translation list.

    Hi,

The section you mentioned refers to the headings of individual content blocks. Therefore, each block has its own option where you can customize the heading directly.

Regarding the Table of Contents (TOC), please go to:
Theme Options > Table of Contents > Table of Contents Heading
From there, you can change the text to your preferred wording.

As for the RELATED NEWS section, please navigate to:
Theme Options > Single Post > Related & Popular > Related Heading
You can update the value there accordingly.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks, I’ve found those options and I understand that the block headings can be edited individually in their respective settings.

I mean – wouldn’t it be more convenient to have those labels included in the Quick Translation list as well? That way, everything could be managed in one central place, which would make the translation process much easier and more consistent.

Is there any plan to include these fields in Quick Translation in a future update?

    Thanks again for your help!
