There is a logo in the bottom-left corner of the footer, set according to your theme’s specifications. On the “Safari” browser, the logo is not loading, while on “Firefox” it displays correctly.
If you clear the cache in Safari, the logo reappears temporarily, but after a few page reloads or reopening the website 3–4 times, it disappears again.
Could you please check whether any lazy-load functionality is enabled on your site? If it is, try disabling the lazy-load feature, then clear your Safari cache and reload the page. This will help determine if the lazy-load setting is preventing the footer logo from displaying consistently.
Please let me know if that resolves the issue or if you need any further assistance.
Safari itself does not have a built-in lazy-load feature that you can directly enable or disable. Lazy loading is typically implemented on the website via HTML attributes or JavaScript. Not for browsers like safari.
We’re sorry for any misunderstanding. What we meant is that Safari itself doesn’t have a built-in lazy load feature that can be enabled or disabled. Lazy loading is typically implemented by the website itself, either through HTML or JavaScript.
That’s why we recommend checking if your website is using any optimization plugins that have a lazy load feature. If so, you can try disabling the plugin and testing again to see if the issue persists.
If the problem still occurs, you can send us your website login details via a private support ticket, and we’ll be to investigate further for you.
“I’ve checked myself, and the only plugins installed are yours, along with another plugin for donations. However, even after deactivating that one, the issue still persists.”
For security and privacy reasons, I would prefer not to disclose the credentials. Have you received any updates regarding the issue with the dark mode switch?
Thank you for your reply and for checking your plugins. To accurately identify what’s causing this behavior, we need to see how your site is configured under the hood. Without administrator access, it’s very difficult for us to replicate and troubleshoot the problem.
Could you please:
Create a temporary admin account for our support team.
Send the login details via our private support ticket, your credentials will remain strictly confidential.
Delete the account once we’ve completed our investigation.
This access allows us to inspect settings, logs, and any customizations directly, ensuring a faster and more precise resolution. As soon as we’ve identified and fixed the issue, we’ll let you know so you can safely remove the test account.
No! Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. As you can clearly see for yourselves by visiting the portal https://www.unaparolaperte.org. I also tried using an iPhone 14 Pro Max with Safari, and the issue persists — and it’s frustrating! I would like this to be resolved. Despite changing the device settings, the switch mode remains unchanged!
If you clear the browsing history, and thus also the cache, then it works — but you have to clear the cache every time, and that’s neither a good nor proper procedure. You can clearly see this from the attached photos, or simply try accessing the portal yourselves.
Due to privacy reasons and European regulations, I cannot provide you with the site credentials, but I assure you that this is something that can be verified simply by visiting the theme. In fact, I would also like to point out that the same issue can be seen with your advertising showcase templates, so you might want to run the necessary checks on those as well.
Thank you for your reply. We're still a bit unclear about the exact issue you're experiencing, so let us explain how the dark mode settings work:
In the Dark Mode panel, there are two "Base on Browser" options location in 2 settings: "Dark Mode" and "Mode First Time Visit."
1. The "Based on Browser" option under Dark Mode will automatically force the website into dark mode if the user's browser is set to dark. In this case, visitors cannot manually switch to light mode. This setting is automatic and cannot be overridden.
2. The "Based on Browser" option under Mode First Time Visit will load the website in dark or light mode based on the visitor’s browser preference only on their first visit. After that, they can switch between light and dark mode manually, and their preference will be saved for future visits.
If the visitor wants to change modes after their first visit, there’s no reason to force them to view the site strictly based on their browser’s setting, right?

Regarding the issue with dark mode not updating automatically across any platform, device, and/or browser—have you had any updates about this?
Thank you for your reply.
We’ve reviewed all dark mode settings, everything appears to be functioning as expected on our end.
To help us investigate further, could you please double-check your settings and share more details about the problem you're experiencing?
