    I can't install the theme; it displays an error.

    An error occurred during the import. Please click the "Try Fixing Import" button and try again, or contact support for assistance.

    I need this resolved urgently.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out!  

    This issue may be related to hosting configuration settings such as: 

    1. The 'allow_open_urls' directive being disabled
    2. ModSecurity being enabled
    3. or The theme license not being correctly linked to the website.

    Could you please double-check these configurations? Once verified, try importing again to see if the issue is resolved.  

    If the issue persists, could you please provide the following details via a private ticket to ensure your information remains secure:

    1. The site login credentials
    2. The demo name you wish to import

    With these details, we can investigate the issue and help resolve it.
