At the moment, the theme doesn’t support a featured filter for sticky posts in Elementor blocks. We’ve shared your request with our dev team for future consideration.
In the meantime, you can create a tag called "Featured", assign it to the posts you want to highlight, and use the tag filter in Elementor to display them.

Sure I know this but I'm no able to find the featured filter.
I nedd to show on the top the articles checked as featured (see the attached image)
