It appears that the Unique Post option is currently enabled for your homepage blocks. When this option is active, posts shown in upper blocks will not be repeated in the lower blocks.

Despite changing the post query in the block settings, the posts are not appearing!
They are appearing correctly in the Elementor menu. But after I publish, I again get the below message.
