Urgent: Two Unresolved Issues with Purchased Theme

    Message:

    Good morning,

I am writing to inform you that there are still two unresolved issues on the site related to the theme I purchased, and I now have only three months of support remaining.

Issue 1: As you can see from the attached screenshot, despite having disabled lazy loading, the logo in the bottom-left footer does not load on Safari browser. It works correctly on Firefox, but on Safari it often does not appear at all, even after waiting for a long time, which is quite frustrating.

Issue 2: In order for the theme to correctly detect the computer’s theme preference (dark or light mode), it is necessary to clear all browsing data each time. Otherwise, the theme does not automatically adjust when this setting is changed. This behavior is inconsistent compared to many other themes where this functionality works properly.

I have been experiencing these issues for some time, and despite the latest update, they remain unresolved. I kindly request your prompt intervention to address these problems.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regarding the logo issue, could you please share your website URL so we can check it directly?

As for the second issue, we are not entirely sure about the cause yet. It would be very helpful if you could provide us with a screenshot along with notes describing the problem in more detail, so we can better understand and assist you.

    Best regards,

Of course. Here is the website address: https://www.unaparolaperte.org/

Additionally, attached you will find a screenshot where I changed the PC appearance to “light”, but the site theme remains “dark”. With other themes, for example Jannah, the update happened immediately. You can check this by visiting another one of my reference portals at the following address: https://www.latuaparola.it/blog/

    Hi,

    Thank you for the details.

    Footer logo (Safari):

    • The issue is caused by mixed content, the logo URL is loading over http while the site uses https, so Safari blocks it.

    • Please replace all http:// links with https:// using the Better Search Replace plugin, or enable Really Simple SSL to fix mixed content.

    • After making changes, clear site, CDN, and browser cache.

    Light/Dark mode:

    • We cannot reproduce a bug on our side; the site follows the system preference as expected.

    • Please clear browser & site caches.

    • Temporarily disable optimization or caching plugins and retest.

    • If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot or short screen recording, along with your OS and browser version.

Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

    Best regards,

Good morning. Other sites with different themes also use https, but they work correctly, and I have implemented https, because otherwise other images, including even the main logo of the portal, would not be recognized and therefore would not be displayed in another browser, namely “Firefox.” I believe that somehow something needs to be implemented in the theme so that, regardless of whether it’s http or https, the logo is always displayed.

As for the issue with switching between dark mode and light mode, unfortunately it doesn’t work after numerous attempts – and it’s really frustrating. The problem persists not only with Safari but also with Firefox: it doesn’t recognize the automatic mode of your device.

If you clear history and cache, it immediately adapts to the system, but if you then change the system appearance again, when you reload the page it no longer recognizes the automatic mode. You are therefore forced to clear cache, history, cookies, and saved data once more. From this you can understand the real issue.

Thank you for sharing the details. We are still not entirely sure about the issue you are experiencing, because when we tested your website on our devices, everything appeared correctly: https://www.unaparolaperte.org/. At the moment, we do not have your login credentials, so we are unable to investigate more deeply.

However, we did notice an HTTP-related error. This should be fixed, and instead of attributing the issue to the theme, we recommend following our guidance to see if this resolves the problem.

Please understand that we are always doing our best to assist you and support you as much as possible. We kindly ask for your cooperation so we can work together to resolve this.

    Thank you very much!

    Good morning,

I wanted to let you know that I updated my Apple Mac Mini to iOS 26, and the logo issue has been resolved. It now displays perfectly and loads without any problems. Apparently, it might have been an issue related to Safari. I hope this information is helpful to you.

I am now awaiting your feedback regarding the automatic switch from dark to light theme, which unfortunately is still not working.

Regarding the automatic dark-to-light mode switch, we have tested it on our side and did not notice any issue. However, we will forward your email and details to our development team for further investigation.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
