I’m requesting assistance regarding one of the items listed among the related elements. While working on configuring my online store, I encountered an overlapping margin issue that I can no longer resolve in any way – please see the attached screenshot.
Here I’m attaching a screenshot of what I see when I access the “Ruby Templates” area/section you mentioned. However, I don’t think these are blocks or themes that I’m using, since I never accessed this area during the initial setup. Moreover, there are no archive files related to articles (products) connected to the one currently being purchased.
I’m also attaching a screenshot that clearly shows the same margin-related issue appearing on your official DEMO theme, which indicates that the problem is present upstream (within the base theme itself).
I look forward to your solution — thank you in advance for your assistance!
I'm a bit confused. The link you shared points to the main landing page on ThemeForest. Could you please send me the direct link to the specific demo where the issue appears, along with the screenshot showing the problem?
I’d really appreciate it. If there’s indeed an issue, I’ll make sure to let you know and address it accordingly.

Hi,
Thank you for the information.
Could you please confirm whether the related block was built using the Ruby Template?
If yes, please follow these steps:
Go to Ruby Templates from your WordPress Dashboard.
Locate the template used for that section and click “Edit with Elementor.”
Inside Elementor, check the padding or margin settings of the section or column that contains the overlapping content.
Try adjusting the padding or margin values slightly to see if that resolves the issue.
Please give it a try and let us know the result, we’ll be happy to assist you further if the issue persists.
Best regards,

Hi,
It’s quite difficult for us to determine the issue you’re referring to, as we’re not experiencing the same problem on our end.
It would be very helpful if you could send us the URL of the page where you took the screenshot, so we can check it directly and let you know.
Regards.
Hi,
I’ve double-checked the issue, including on one of your DEMO themes available on your official sales portal for reference.
Here’s the link: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/foxiz-wordpress-newspaper-and-magazine/full_screen_preview/34617430
