I purchased the Foxiz News theme for our News Portal two days ago. However, despite multiple attempts and different methods, the theme is not importing properly and continues to show an error. It appears that there might be an issue with the package itself.
This is very urgent as we are preparing to go live soon. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest. We are trying to apply "Press Pulse" Theme. Below is the URL for the same - https://www.newsalert365.com
We have even tried bypassing the firewall, but the same issue persists.
I’ve also attached the error screenshot for your reference.
Well, you posted the very common text instead of suggesting a solution. i googled about this lot of people are reporting the same issue.
To give you more clarification, i am not using any CPanel or hosting services, we are using dedicated server in my very own Company data center, we tried by creating a docker image and restored, failed. We assume Firewall is blocking anything we bypassed and kept the server directly to the public network even in this case it failed.
Now tell me what the issue is and how it can be fixed, we are simply wasting our time without any solution. Which is ridiculous. Simply sending the common message doesn't make sense.
Get it fixed immediately.
We are at risk of losing a valuable client and business opportunity due to this issue. Please prioritize and resolve it at the earliest instead of further delays. Thank you in advance.
I’ve just checked your site at https://newsalert365.com/ and can confirm that the demo has already been imported successfully. The layout and structure are now in place. From here, you can use Edit with Elementor to adjust the content and configure the query filters based on your needs. You may also refer to this guide for setting up filters in Elementor blocks: https://help.themeruby.com/foxiz/how-to-set-up-query-filters-in-elementor-blocks/
Regarding the suggestions we previously provided, those are the common server related causes that typically prevent demo import such as server configuration limits, blocked protocols or timeout restrictions. Even if the server times out during import, you can refresh the browser and continue importing. The process will resume from the previous progress until it completes.
If the issue persists or if you need us to verify your server setup directly, we are happy to assist. This will require the necessary access information so we can investigate properly and help you import the data.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out!
This issue is often related to hosting configuration settings such as:
The allow_open_urls directive being disabled
ModSecurity blocking remote requests
The theme license not being correctly linked to your website
Please double-check these configurations with your hosting provider. After that, try importing the demo again to see if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, kindly send us the following details via a private ticket so we can investigate directly and help import the demo for you:
WordPress admin login details
The demo you want to import
cPanel or hosting control panel login details
We’ll assist you as soon as we receive the information.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Best regards,
