We purchased the template last week. We installed and configured the template according to the instructions. We imported one of the models. The problem is that when we published our content on the blog, using our own categories, nothing worked correctly. Not all articles are published in the space. We made changes, tested them, and reviewed the relevant information to organize the template, but the result is not good. When we make a change, it is not reflected immediately. We have to refresh several times and delete temporary files from a plugin for it to be visible. Some changes are never visible. It's a total mess.
We are very disappointed with the purchase. We want you to help us fix it.

As you can see, it is not finished, and many of the categories in which no articles are visible, we do not understand why they do not appear in the module, given that they have assigned categories, and this is the case with almost all of those on the home page. We do not modify those that appear for fear that they will fail.
Based on your description, it seems the issue may be caused by the Unique Posts feature being enabled. When this option is active, any post that has already been displayed in one module will not appear again in other modules below or beside it, in order to avoid duplication.
Please try going to Theme Options > Theme Design > Unique Post and disable all options there. After that, clear your caches and check again.
