The section in your screenshot is a widget assigned to a specific area. In your case, that widget has already been added, so you’ll need to go to that exact location to remove it.
Go to: Appearance > Widgets > Single Content - Bottom Area, then delete the Text widget.

For the contact page, you just need to go to Pages > All Pages, find the Contact page, then click “Edit with Elementor”.
