Theme Support includes

  1. Answering questions about the theme and its features.
  2. Resolving bugs and reported issues.
  3. Providing updates for compatibility with new WordPress versions.

Theme Support does not include:

  1. Customization services.
  2. Support for third-party plugins.
  3. Complex individual server-side issues.
